This notice explains what Astromax Studio S.L. collects through this website, why, and what happens to it. We are based in Barcelona, with a second studio in Copenhagen, and we follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
Who we are

What we collect
- Enquiries. When you send the enquiry form or write to one of our addresses, we keep your name, email, company and whatever you choose to tell us about the project.
- Applications. When you apply for a role, we keep your message, your portfolio link and any files you attach.
- Visits. Our host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser and pages requested, for up to 30 days to keep the site running and secure.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third party analytics.
Why we use it
We use enquiries to reply and, if we work together, to run the project. We use applications to consider you for the role. We use server logs only to fix problems and stop abuse.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 12 months. Project correspondence is kept for six years, as Spanish accounting law requires. Applications are deleted six months after the role is filled, unless you ask us to keep yours on file.
Who sees it
The people in both studios who work on your enquiry or application. Our email and hosting providers process data on our behalf under written agreements, within the European Economic Area. We never sell or share your data for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Write to privacy@astromax.test and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
